Problems can come up when there is a misalignment or imbalance on these two scales and an adjustment may be needed.

If you want to get specific, I received the ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) Combined Type diagnosis early this year. ADHD is divided into two categories: inattention and hyperactivity-impulsivity, and I get the privilege to experience both.
