My name is Sapna (she/her/hers), and I’m a PhD and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Austin. I provide therapy via telehealth and in person to individuals, couples, and families in English.
I work with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life, with a particular passion for supporting those with historically marginalized identities, including LGBTQIA+ communities, immigrant families, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating chronic illness.
As an Indian American woman with late-diagnosed ADHD, I particularly enjoy supporting clients in exploring how their identities intersect and shape who they are, who they want to become, how they move through and navigate the world, how they deal with stressors, and creating safe authenticity. As a marriage and family therapist, I bring a relational, holistic lens to our work with an affirming, culturally sensitive presence and an honest acknowledgment of systems of oppression.
I view therapy as a collaborative process between us. I strive to meet you where you are, honor your story and your pace, and remain open to ongoing feedback throughout our work together. My goal is for you to feel genuinely supported and empowered as we co-create the insight, tools, and change you're reaching for to rewrite your story.
